What is an individual lease?
Each resident is responsible for the rent on his/her bedroom(s). If one roommate moves out the remaining roommates are not responsible for the rent or damages for his/her bedroom. All roommates are responsible for the common areas (living room, kitchen, halls, etc.).

What is roommate placement?
College Station will help match you with a roommate(s) if you do not have a roommate according to apartment size and gender requirements. Phone numbers are exchanged and introductions to be made between tenant and future resident.

How do I pay my rent?
Rent is due on the first of each month. Rent can be paid by personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks. No cash or credit cards are accepted. Rent checks can be mailed to our office, placed in our rent drop box, or brought into our office.

What if I need maintenance in my bedroom or apartment?
Residents can fill out a maintenance request found on the web or in the management office or e-mail.

Are my belongings covered under my lease agreement?
Personal belongings are not covered. Renter’s insurance is strongly recommended.

How do I receive my mail?
The U.S. Postal Service delivers to the locked mailbox designated for each apartment. Packages can be received in the office. The carrier (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL,etc.) will leave you a notice if you are not home stating your package is in our office.

We do have intrusion alarms that can be set-up when you move-in if you choose.

How do I get my security deposit back?
Your security deposit is used at the end of your lease to pay for unreasonable wear and tear, damages and cleaning. Any balance will be forwarded to the address you give the office upon move-out.
